In high school, Howard's day was consumed with gymnastics. The drive to Cypress Gymnastics, where she trained, was 80 minutes each way,add on five hours of practice and schooling in the morning, and her day was done.Des Moines Jujitsu

They should have let Dominique compete at the 2006 Nationals. They played with the rules and were not clear, and didn't even give her chance. Lowest scores by espn for the sport of gymnastics: 4.50 for hand-eye coordination and 4.13 for anyalytic aptitude. They are way off on all of it lol.

USAG: http://usa-gymnastics.org AAU: http://aausports.org Not all states have AAU. Apparently you can get a scholarship under the AAU program too (check out post http://www.gymchat.com/messageboards/viewtopic.php?t=25016 - scholarship at Division I college, but then opts to go Division III because the coaches were mean), so it must mean you can go to the level 10 level at least. ya, Nastia got 1st on bars by a tenth of a point over Shawn.
