Golf went a little over-time, but gymnastics was aired right after! Better tv reception and quality on tv rather than internet obviously, b/c on the internet they have to think about bandwidth, size, etc. They did a 2-minute thing on the USA men's world team.

They've allowed tank leos in national/international competition for a while now (rather than just long sleeved leos). Vanessa Ferrari actually wears a long sleeve navy blue/black leo during team qualifying. Maybe during individual AA she gets to choose what to wear more, because you know in team competition everyone wears the same leo...usually!

We do v-ups with 5 pound pair ankle weights. Another option would be to do more reps instead of the weights.

Hi! :D Just probably better not to wear white when you're practicing on the green grass! We practiced flip flops in a row at the park before during gymnastics class on the grass - there's more space there to do more in a row than on the gym floor, you know!

the new tech mesh material probably will make wearing the leos in the pool and at the beach even better!

a couple of groups in my gym do use the ankle weights on their waist for some skills also besides for conditioning cuz their coaches tell them too - my group doesn't - my coach doesn't think it's a good idea to use weights for skills for the same reason u said fliwhip; i agree too! :D the flat weights are a lot better than the bumpy ones! especially for running!! i like the flex metal kind[ Read More... ]
