some clubs have the girls playing games during practice, maybe that's why they push for double workouts or double workouts in the summer because there's no school, more time, and maybe also to make sure to keep in shape in the summer, and/or double workouts during the week, and then weekends off yup, it's great when you have options and choices in your practice schedule.

you need muscle to spot, especially for release moves.

hey Tera, it could also be like that movie "My Best Friend's Wedding"!! If someone can't sing, they can just go for it like the fiance in that movie and the crowd will love it...helps to look good doing it too.

The dvd movie "Stick It" is out today.....it gets rated a B+ on http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/movies/285506_hotvideo19.html?source=rss , but gets called as "This Week's Hot Video: 'Stick It'".....So Jessica Bendinger wrote "Bring it On" also...lol....well, the similarities are there anyways :D .

I liked the movie, but ya there were some sort of babyish or like fake -- kind of like off the script stuff rather than feeling real -- parts to the movie. Well, I liked the movie....though there are other gym movies I like much more..... But I still liked it although I founds parts of it rather unreal. Other parts gave me a good laugh though. I would definately buy it on DVD - it`s a gym movie after all! :D
