cool! they have some routines of some of the gymnasts for each day, incl. podium training. good quality for the internet. check it out! women's podium training: http://ecgymnastics2007.com/Video20070424001.asp ...shorts do look good! lol some like to practice in socks too. once you know what you're doing, the coaches at my gym don't care if you keep socks on for some of the practice. one of the girls in podium training has her back wrapped around her waist, outside of her leotard - a lot of girls would practice like that at my gym to keep their lower back from hurting / keeping it warm.

they don't write the gymnasts' name and score, but they're nice clips of the competition. maybe youtube will have more coverage too! :D
