Here's a montage that has really good video clips, showing Shawn conditioning, doing flexibility, practicing and competing. You can get a good idea of what she does. When you watch Shawn's video clips, and with husband & wife coaching team Liang Qiao (Chow) and Liwen Zhaung at Chow's Gymnastics & Dance, you get the feeling they are doing a good job at that gym. They aren't overdoing,stressing, yelling, screaming. They plan. They work smart. They aren't robots or callous. There's emotion and passion.
