Shawn Johnson videos
Unbreakable, Unstoppable, Invincible...Shawn Johnson "training montage of shawn johnson. A lot of people say she's going to burn out before 2008, but i highly doubt that, so this montage is all about shawn being "unbreakable, Unstoppable, and Invincible" I found the perfect song for this kind of montage so enjoy!..." Shawn Johnson Gets Hero's Welcome story on Shawn Johnson after Pan Am Games: http://www.whotv.com/global/story.asp?s=6815555
July 20, 2007--Shawn Johnson, the 15-year-old West Des Moines native, is quickly becoming a crowd favorite. The gymnastics champ wowed the crowd at the Pan American Games in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, where she collected five medals. Thursday, she made the long trek home to Iowa. Channel 13's Shawn Terrell was just one of many waiting for her arrival at the Des Moines International Airport. "It was the best competition I'd ever been to and the biggest, I got to meet some of the nicest girls. I had fun doing it too," Johnson said. Johnson was swarmed by her teammates from Chow's Gymnastics the second she stepped off the escalator at the airport. It had been a month since they'd seen their friend, their teammate, their idol. So they waited with signs, balloons and words of encouragement on the tip of their tongues. As Johnson approached the swarm, it was hard to tell who was more excited. The hero's welcome is much deserved. The 15-year-old gymnast returns from the Pan Am Games in Brazil with five medals, four of them gold. However, it appears the best is yet to come. With all around titles in the Junior Nationals, American Cup and now Pan Am Games, Johnson has established herself as a strong contender for Olympic gold next summer. "She did a great job representing us and representing the country," said Shawn's coach Liang Chow. While Johnson may be home, she's not on a break. Johnson will continue training for her next two big events. She's training for the US Championships in San Jose next month. If she does well there, she'll qualify for the World Championships in Germany in September.
Shawn Johnson Fluff (HQ) 2007 American Cup At home with Olympic hopeful Shawn Johnson

Shawn Johnson on Ellen show 10/8/07!!
Quote:
Shawn Johnson was on the Ellen show yesterday! It was awesome. They had a bars set-up and she did some skills on the low bar and the high bar. And also did a standing back full on the mat. Check it out: Carly Patterson was on the Ellen show too, after winning gold at the 2004 Olympics:

Shawn Johnson @ Frosted Pink
Quick & dirty splice of Shawn's very brief appearances at the Frosted Pink event. Talking about her grandma (aw) and introducing Rascal Flatts. Aired October 14, 2007. (I believe Shayla Worley was also there, but unfortunately, she wasn't shown on the broadcast at all.)
Also Shawn in 2007 AA press conference, Stuttgart, Germany: http://www.gymchat.com/messageboards/viewtopic.php?p=3335#3335

Here's a montage that has really good video clips, showing Shawn conditioning, doing flexibility, practicing and competing. You can get a good idea of what she does. She does press handstands with two floor bars vertical, like doing them on p-bars. "Shawn Johnson. Ready to be Extraordinary!" The first song is Hilary Duff's "To the beat of my heart"; it's nice and the first part of the video goes good with beat beat part :D . Be true to the rhythm inside. When you watch Shawn's video clips, and with husband & wife coaching team Liang Qiao (Chow) and Liwen Zhaung at Chow's Gymnastics & Dance, you get the feeling they are doing a good job at that gym. They aren't overdoing, stressing, yelling, screaming. They plan. They work smart. They aren't robots or callous. There's emotion and passion. Ok, so you can't fully tell what goes on the gym from video clips, but more from being there, but compare it to the Parkettes videos and what is said about them. (you can watch them under the topic "Elite gymnastics videos" at http://www.gymchat.com/messageboards/viewtopic.php?t=483 - the CNN Parkettes gymnastics documentary videos are posted there, plus people's montages using those clips - the names says it: ""Elite Gymnastics. Harder than it has to be? (editted)" and ""A Different Kind Of Pain. (Parketts/Elite Gymnastics)".) Here's a montage with video clips of Shawn in 2006 and 2005 "Shawn Johnson and Austyn Fobes. JUST LIKE THAT."
