Overusing Advil / Tylenol
There was just this news on tv about the overuse of advil / tylenol and other over-the-counter drugs and that too many people don't follow what the label on it says or what their doctor told them and over do it. Then it leads to kidney/stomach problems like ulcers, etc. So...don't over do it! In an article one gymnast wrote that her coaches kept telling her to take advil and then she ended up coughing blood because she was taking too much advil - it matters also if you take it for too long a period of time.

ew gross. I can't stand taking medicine. I don't mind the taste or anything, I just hate it. When I had to take antinflammatory for my back, my parents had to watch me take the pills just to make sure I would!lol

you don't really taste it unless you bite into it before swallowing.

I was physically incapable of swallowing them, thouh, so I had to crush them, but them on a spoon, pour water on top, and then take it.

a lot of the gymnasts keep advil in their lockers just in case - and food/snacks too - which is good also in case they take an advil since then they could eat something first and not take the advil on an empty stomach! one of the coaches told one of the gymnasts to chew their advil - not to swallow easier but so that it would work faster - eewww!! she missed her jeager and her back was hurting a lot. maybe then if you chew it you would need to make sure it wasn't on an empty stomach if it supposedly gets digested faster and works faster. i wonder if it's bad to chew advil that isn't chewable tablets though? they do make chewable advil tablets.
