Which was the hardest?
What level did you feel it was the hardest to move up to? The hardest one to get all the skills you need? Did you ever get stuck at a level for a long time? What skill got you stuck?

I almost got stuck in the compulsories (levels 5/6) even though I had my level 7 routines, because those level 5/6 coaches wanted to keep me in those levels and do more competitions, but my coach let me pass through those levels with one meet. The hardest level to move to is probably level 10 to elite!!

Cast handstand has been hard for a lot of the girls at my gym, and the boys get it really fast. But straddling makes it easier, and also lots of conditioning!! How about you GymGurl?

I think level 4 to level five was the hardest. I did level 5 for 3 years and I still havent gone to level 6. Now im a prep intermediate. I think the kip was the hardest and going over the table for the first time.

You got to have good abs and arm muscles for the kip. V-ups and lifting up weights up and down while standing are good exercise for it...and also the wheel roller (it's like $10 or $15 at Big5 I think, but maybe your gym has one).
