The Olympics Caused My Back Pain - Exercises I should've done while watching Team USA
"The Olympics Caused My Back Pain Exercises I should've done while watching Team USA" From a medical writer watching Team USA go for the gold in the women's gymnastics team competition: [quote] I woke up with back pain the other morning, a little twinge on my left side. As I did some gentle stretches to try to work out the muscle pain, I thought back on the day before: had I done anything unusual? I'd run 5 miles, but that's normal for me (not to brag). I'd worked all day, taken a walk with a good friend, made dinner

Also according to NBC, the Olympics have caused a lot of sports fans their sleep, as they have emailed and blogged about losing sleep because of wanting to watch the late prime time coverage of the Games on tv. Funny thing is they say the late late night repeat coverage of it that begins at 3am is brought to you by/sponsored by Ambien sleep prescription. The tips they have: -tell yourself that you only need 4 hours of sleep -wear sunglasses to hide your red eye (and prob. bags under your eyes) -don't go to work the next day and maybe coffee or something. Guess they didn't want to say TIVO, or nbcolympics.com - if you want to watch it "LIVE" then I guess those options wouldn't work. It really isn't live for those on the West coast anyways though when it is in the East coast....and all the competitions aren't live. The brought to you by Ambien is funny. lol.
