Skier Billy Poole Killed While Filming For Warren Miller Film Big mountain skier Billy Poole has been killed while filming for the latest Warren Miller film in Utah. The accident after Poole jumped off a cliff and landed in a rocky area between the Solitude and Brighton ski resorts. This is the second time that someone has been killed shooting for a Warren Miller film. The last time is happened was in 1993 at Lake Tahoe when Paul Ruff was killed after jumping off of Thimble Peak. Poole, 28, was sponsored by Black Diamond.
