A pair of provisional qualifying times highlighted Cal's day, as senior Mark Matusak became the fourth-fastest runner in the men's 3000-meter run in Cal history with a fifth-place and lifetime-best time of 8:01.77, while sophomore Michael Coe became the fifth-fastest Bear in the men's one-mile run with a winning 4:00.29.
