Cal Names 2008 Team Captains California interim director of track and field Tony Sandoval selected the team captains for the 2008 season today. Four members of the men's team and four members of the women's team were chosen. The four Golden Bear men selected were seniors Ed Wright, Thomas Mack, Craig Kent and David Torrence. The four Cal women picked were seniors Alysia Johnson and Brook Turner, and juniors Tifani Grimes and Katie Morgan.
