California sophomore standout Nathan Adrian won his second individual event of the 2009 NCAA Men's Swimming Championship, capturing the 100 free in an American record time of 41.80. On Thursday, the Golden Bear Olympic gold medalist won the 50 free in an American record 18.71. Another highlight for Cal in the final day of the NCAA meet was junior Sean Mahoney placing second in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 1:52.34.
