Cal Garners Fifth Place Finish at the 2008 NCAAs; Boyle Breaks Her Own School Record in the 1650 The California Golden Bear women's swimming team capped off its 2007-08 season with a fifth place finish at the 2008 NCAA Women's Swimming an Diving Championships at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion, hosted by Ohio State. Cal finished the three-day competition with a total of 291 points in the 21 NCAA sanctioned events. Under the direction of head coach Teri McKeever, Cal has now finished fifth or better three straight years. Additionally, the Bears have placed in the top 10 for the last 12 years.
