Major League Soccer's New York City team says it's acquired a 17-acre site in the Rockland County town of Orangeburg with the intent of constructing a training complex. New York City Football Club, which is majority-owned by the parent company of Manchester City, said Wednesday it will build 1 1/2 grass fields and a 25,000-square foot building that includes office space and a player rehabilitation facility.
