Chelsea left it late, but it was a great start for Antonio Conte as boss Monday as Diego Costa's late winner saw them take a 2-1 victory over West Ham United at Stamford Bridge. The scoring opened early in the second half as Chelsea's Eden Hazard converted a penalty with blistering power. West Ham cancelled out the lead with little over 10 minutes remaining thanks to James Collins' equaliser in his 100th league appearance for the Hammers.
