By John Geddie NICE, France (Reuters) - The greatest achievement in Iceland's soccer history came easier than expected as a lacklustre England failed to put the tournament debutantes under any serious pressure, coach Hallgrimsson said on Monday. The favoured English side were expected to dominate possession and eventually wear down Iceland's deep defence. Instead, the only goal they managed in the 2-1 defeat was an early penalty while Iceland pressed them high up the pitch and looked more dangerous in attack.
