Sept 2 (Reuters) - Liverpool have signed Portuguese defender Tiago Ilori from Sporting Lisbon, the Premier League club confirmed on Monday. The 20-year-old has represented his country at age-group level and is the third defender signed by manager Brendan Rodgers in the transfer window, although Kolo Toure and Aly Cissokho missed Sunday's 1-0 win over Manchester United through injury.
