Feb 17 (Reuters) - Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik was held up at gunpoint as he left the Stadio San Paolo following the Serie A club's goalless draw against Sampdoria on Sunday. A report on Napoli's official radio station said that the Slovakian was on his way to the city's Capodichino airport when the incident happened.
