When you're just beginning a new training/exercise program, you might want to follow the '2 days on, 1 day off' method for a while - after exercising two days, take one day off. Wait until the evening to do any exercise if you can't get to an air-conditioned gym or room. With this heat rush these 2 days even the evenings have been hot. Be careful to keep caution on exercising in too hot conditions as you can overheat and get heat exhaustion.

You probably have seen someone on tv eating raw eggs as part of their training plan as they train for a marathon, or a big fight - but it is not recommended - don't do it! Especially now with all the egg recalls. Better just cook it, real well.
