I actually prefer competing in the morning-but I am a morning person. I seem to do better at 8:00!

my fav time for competition is in the early afternoon - esp. if it's at one of those cheapo gyms that don't turn on their heaters! in the morning competitions like 8am besides having to wake up early like for school, all my muscles feel tight and it takes longer to loosen up. wat bout u?
