Where I live the top elite gymnasts will train near 40 hours a week from the time they are 11 or 12 years old. Most train every morning for about 3 1/2 hours and then attend school for a few hours and train again every afternoon for about 3 1/2 hours. They would train around 5 hours on a saturday and have sundays off. Most are very happy and enjoying their training, and despite have much less[ Read More... ]

So you land your front walkover, but not your front handspring? It's faster, so that could make it harder and easier, you know what I mean - harder because you have to be right-on, you can't adjust and go slow, check where you're going like the walkovers, easier because you go faster so you can have less arch in the skill and also less time to wobble or go the side.
