I think it's for discussion on gymnastics that is for toddler/youth/teens/adult that wouldn't fit in the competitive / pre-compettive forum sections! like talking about teens/adult classes, or intro classes for toddlers, etc.

Chusoviitna recently got her German citizenship and will be competing for Germany; Uzbekistan allowed her to compete for Germany in 2003, but she had to live in Germany for 3 years to be eligible for citizenship and then to compete. It's prob. that the gymnasts aren't used to the new scoring system....Alexei totally would have won as bar champion on paper as well as with audience sentiment with this new scoring system!!
ya, less than club gymnastics, but more than high school gymnastics! a lot of high school gymnasts that compete for their hs do club sports to though!! :-)
