Nice video frontaerial! I posted one too. Building cardio is good. You need stamina for your routines. Just stretch a lot before and after, splits, oversplits too if you got splits, and kicks. Cool! Don't wear hanging jewelry. Wear a leotard, tight shorts and shirt. In the advanced class they'll probably be working on learning more higher level tricks. Do you have your splits / over-splits from ballet? You'll get more flexible from working on it, so don't worry about it.
