-Eat a banana: has potassium in it (it was in the "Honey I Shruk the Kids" movie, remember?!), which is a good muscle relaxant and helps get rid of lactic acid (chemical that makes you sore)
-Drink water when you're thirsty- when you're not dehydrated, you're less sore
-Epsom salt water solution - soak towel in it, then wrap around sore muscles, or bathtub with epson salt warm water
