Australian Daria Joura and teammate Lauren Mitchell are competing at the Freindship Classic this weekend:

Beginning her training at age 4 in her birthplace of Russia at the Olympic Academy, Joura was highly influenced to begin training in gymnastics through her parents, who are both coaches of the sport.
"My parents taught me all the basics of gymnastics, the vitals of technique," Joura said. "Having them to teach me easier skills helped me progress to the harder ones."
After emigrating to Australia in 1997, Joura began training at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, where she still trains today with coaches Martine George and Nikolai Lapchine.
George, along with fellow Australian teammate Lauren Mitchell, have made the journey to the United States with Joura for the Friendship Classic.[/quote]
