kinda. i don't know how to put videos on here. i know tumble tramps are very expensive, i think i found an alternative:@ gymnasticsstuff.com there is a mat called the carolina marshmallow mat. ever hear of it? i wonder if it provides any spring like a tramp or if it is just a mat.

For posting youtube videos, you just copy/paste the youtube url of the video (with the http:// part - the whole url) and then highlight it and click the YouTube button on the post buttons here. When you want to just include URLs, you can just type it in or copy/paste them and it will read them - but include the http:// part too again, or you can also highlight it and click the URL button. Same for images, you just copy/paste the whole url of the image, and then click the Img button here. Here's the link of the Carolina Marshmallow mats you are talking about: http://www.gymnasticsstuff.com/GymnasticsMats.htm And here's the pricing: http://www.gymnasticsstuff.com/DismountMats.htm "Marshmallow Mats are really a whole system of landing and drills mats. Use them as a tumbling strip, for drills, or stacked as a level 4 vault system! You can create a pit area to finish skills for bars, beam, floor, vault or at the end of your tumble tramp!" I haven't used them, but it would seem like tumble track would be bouncier and get you up higher to practice the skills, as it is like a long trampoline - the tight ones (the black trampoline part) are good, not flimsy or loose, or saggy.

They are from Carolina Gym Supply: http://www.carolinagym.com/softmats.html Carolina Marshmallow Skill Mat - intended for landing, soft, pit sytle landing suface. For tumbling on: "My boy's team taught me that it was just as good if not better as a basic tumbling surface." -keyword: basic You could line up 8-inch mats (good new ones that haven't become hallow/emptied out from use), and run on the floor and tumble on the 8-inch mats - like for roundoff / front handspring you put your hands on the mats to start the tumbling from a run on the floor; for front flip you punch from the floor onto the mat. You could also put a sting mat or small thin mat over the crack of the line-up 8-inchers if you would like, for if you land on the crack in between 2 of the 8-inchers (to avoid getting your ankles rolled in them or your hands).

Do you have a spring floor at your gym? There's also a tumbling strip you could get - it's bouncier than a springy floor, but not as bouncy or springy like a tumble track or trampoline. Like at: http://www.resilite.com/gym_portabletumblekit.asp
