What do you do for your bars routine? It's not requred in club gymnastics to do giants in your level 7 routine I don't think (unless they changed it!), but most clubs have that in, to get the points and routines easier and also you need it for the next levels, and adding in release moves. Here's the common routine: kip, free hip, kip, pike on, kip on high bar, cast to handstand (usually straddle!), 2 giants, layout flyaway.[/quote]
8.3 on bars(start value 9.5 b/c my casts weren/t quite high enough)
7.7 on floor
8.1 on vault
7.9 on beam (fall, poor connection in series)
Bars: kip-cast-clearhip-kip-squat on, kip-cast clearhip-kip-cast-layout flyaway. Yes, I still do YMCA, so pretty much no one does giants. And yes, state is a 31.0 AA, and I got a 32!
