One gymnastics club I was at didn't know that they can't put a really pregnant gymnastics coach for watching/coaching, being careful of the girls on the uneven bars (or any event really). The coach was sitting down at the end of the high bar, one girl messed up on the flyaway, and she was not there to spot her/help her/catch her at all. The girl broke her elbow.
