Ruiz wins Argentina Open by 2 strokes (AP) Paraguay's Marco Ruiz won the Argentina Open on Sunday, shooting a 1-under 69 for a two-stroke victory over Argentina's Daniel Vancsik. The 33-year-old Ruiz, sidelined most of the year by a back injury, had a 5-under 275 total on the Buenos Aires Golf Club course.
