Vols' Fulmer to receive raise, extension (AP) Tennessee football coach Phillip Fulmer will receive a raise and one-year contract extension through 2012. The amount of the raise most likely won't be worked out until after the Vols play in the Outback Bowl on Jan. 1, the university said.
