Age group diving club that aims to develop springboard diving skills at all levels. We compete in USA Diving and AAU Sanctioned competitions at the local, regional and national levels. Beginner, High School, and Elite competitors train on 1 meter diving boards at The Cheshire Community Pool on Monday thru Thursday, 3 meter boards at Central Connecticut State University on Saturday, and East Lyme High School on Sundays.
