MOSCOW, June 17 (Reuters) - Russia's Athletics Federation (ARAF) is considering appealing its ban by the IAAF at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, R-Sport news agency cited ARAF General Secretary Mikhail Butov as saying on Friday.
