Cycling-UCI set to open doping hotline (Reuters)
PARIS, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Cycling's governing body is considering opening a hotline for riders wishing to discuss doping-related issues, International Cycling Union (UCI) president Pat McQuaid has said.
