1998 United States Naval Academy graduate and former Navy gymnast Dr. Peter Lombard was announced earlier this month as a representative for Guam in the upcoming 2016 Summer Olympics. Lombard, a four-year letterwinner for the Midshipmen during the 1995 through 1998 seasons has used his athletic prowess to transition his sporting career into the world of competitive cycling, specifically the mountain bike genre.
