Men’s gymnastics team captain Emeric Quade, from Tucson, Arizona, has been a standout for the Buckeyes both in the classroom and in competition over the past four seasons. An Ohio State Eminence Scholar and member of the Honors Program at OSU, Quade has earned CGA Scholar-Athlete, OSU Scholar-Athlete, Academic All Big-Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar honors for his academic achievements with the Buckeyes. A floor and vault specialist, he set a personal-best 15.400 on floor exercise at the Arnold Challenge earlier this month.
