Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti has accepted a friendly bet with Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges over the outcome of the WNBA Finals series between the Sparks and Lynx. The wager celebrates the accomplishments of distinguished women authors from both cities.
