For all those people that actually think there is a cut off age when you're too old for gymnastics: Lisa Mason quit gymnastics about 13 years ago after the Sydney Olympics, where she placed 23rd in the all-around. Now, 31 years old and a mom, she's back in compeition and won vault gold at the Enlgish Championships in Kent over the weekend. Mason decided to return to gymnastics after watching the London 2012 Olympics, and plans to compete in this month's British Championships, to qualify for the European Championships in April. via Yahoo Sports: Gymnastics - Mason wins vault gold at English champs - Yahoo!
