Manchester City made it two wins from two to begin their Premier League season after a relatively straightforward 4-1 victory against Stoke City at bet365 Stadium on Saturday. Sergio Aguero's first-half double got the Citizens on their way and while Bojan's penalty kick early in the second half had given Stoke some hope, two late strikes from Nolito added gloss to the scoreline for Pep Guardiola's men. Aguero had missed two spot kicks in Tuesday's Champions League match but was given a chance for redemption when Ryan Shawcross was penalised for grappling with Nicolas Otamendi in the 27th minute.
