We do splits and then oversplits in warm-up and again at the end of practice, more oversplits at the end than in the beginning. Plus a bit of conditioning in warm-up too. Besides running, stretching, etc.

In my view You can also use tape on your hands when you think you are getting a rip, or you got one, or your hands are feeling sore cuz you're doing a lot of bars!
