hope you'll get there soon! I've never broken anything(just knocked opn wood), but I pulled my hipflexer 4 days b4 sectionals! I din't warm up-just competed i hurt so bad. I hyperexeten my ellbow every once in a while, but I'm so used to it that I can do it 3 min. b4 my floor routine and still compete fine.

haha idk...he wasn't young tho! lol. All i kno is that im just glad to b back halfway at least !! itll b a long while b4 my coach will let me vault again...... hehe! n e ways! lol

kati lynne, was the coach that said u were going too fast young and inexperienced? i agree, the coaches always say to go as fast and dynamic as possible - slo mo is harder.

Ok i know this is a late reply but i guess ill put my two cents in lol -neways the one practice won't make a difference really b/c no matter what, the coaches are going to b a lil nicer on the first day. -look at the classes, and teams during practice: are they organized? controlled? -look at the history of the gym, and size of the team: are they good? trophies/medals? any upper level kids?[ Read More... ]
