Clockwise - the dancer is turning with her right shoulder going back. The picture isn't changing lol. But my friend showed it to his friend and she said that the dancer is changing direction like every 5 turns or something lol. I like to turn to my left though in the gymnastics dance moves, but I can do both ways.

It's kind of related to gymnastics and what we do in gymnastics - you know how we do cartwheels on both sides - right/left - we always say it's good for the brain b/c it works it, and you build neurons, brain pathways, on both sides, etc. Like writing with both hands. :D THE Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise? Muscle is more dense than fat, so if you lose a lot of muscle it won't show as much on you as if you lose fat, but it will show on the scale.
