Panthers lose D McCabe for 4-6 weeks (AP)

Florida defenseman Bryan McCabe is expected to miss four to six weeks while recovering from a broken jaw. McCabe had surgery on Sunday, one day after getting struck by a puck in the Panthers' victory against New Jersey. McCabe stayed in that game, missing only one of his scheduled shifts the rest of the way.
