Singer Pink was on Oprah today. She said she wanted to be an Olympic gymnast when she was younger. Her party trick was to sing a song or do 18 backhandsprings in a row. She pulled her shoulder in a show before, so she said she doesn't do bhs anymore.

Pink did the silks (those ropes that are made of silks) in the Emmy's recently, singing while hanging upside down and doing some turns, over the audience and getting them wet. She said she was a gymnast before and other singers had dancers in the background doing stuff like that, so she thought why not do it, something different, not done before. To make sure people knew she wasn't lip synching she said she made sure to breathe hard at some points, so it wouldn't seem fake.

Silks look like a good workout for your arms and abs, and flexibliity too.
