Review by: ingymmom Date: 26 August 2007 Ratings Average: 4.33 Overall: 2 Coaches: 8 Equipment: 7 Environment- heated/cooled when necessary: 5 Program Flexibility, willingness to tailor to students: 3 Feels like a business (1) or a family (10): 1 While the competitive coaching staff is very professional, this club is very disorganized and has poor customer service and communication. The recreational staff has little knowledge of current proper techniques and seem to change from class to class. Complaints, comments or inquiries are handled bitterly if at all. |
