Review by: gymnasticsparent88 Date: 08 January 2008 Ratings Average: 4 Overall: 2 Coaches: 8 Equipment: 3 Environment- heated/cooled when necessary: 7 Program Flexibility, willingness to tailor to students: 3 Feels like a business (1) or a family (10): 1 While the coaching staff is very professional, this club is very disorganized and has poor customer service and communication. Their recreational staff has little knowledge of current proper techniques and seem to change from class to class. Complaints, comments or inquiries are handled bitterly if at all. |

Staff is professional, and yet still makes you feel like you are the customer. Ongoing training, fun structured programs, friendly open staff & the best dance program around make this the one to beat in Northwest Indiana. |
