The bad review you have read was from a disgruntled team mother. Who has since returned to Big East. My gym is not a revolving door I have had more than 400 regular students who return every year, and we always strive to be safe, professional, and courteous. When asked questions about the program, you are told "if you don’t like it, leave" , instead of having the capacity to work toward success for the benifit of the children. The gym is a revolving door of gymnasts with 8 leaving in the last 15 months, 2 remaining, two coming from their "rec" program and one new. Kids are treated cruelly at times, for instance; being made to stand on a beam to perform a skill the child is extremely fearful of, while in tears....for over 2 hours. This is just one example of why it is a revolving door. You would be better off going to Tumbletime, Gym with Flair or MGC in Pembroke as many other have left Big East to go where parents and gymnasts are treated with dignity and respect. After 2+ years in the program, my advice to you is run far and run fast! |
